Standard room layout includes two double beds per room in twin configuration.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 21 days or more in advance of arrival, will incur an administration fee of no more than 10% of the value of the amount paid.
- If cancelled within 14-20 days, 25% of the total price is forfeited
- If within 7-13 days, 50% of the total price is forfeited
- If within 0-6 days, 100% of the total price is forfeited

Possibility of late check-out's must be checked with reception on arrival.
There are no dedicated family rooms at the Lugogo Sun Hotel, however children U12 who are sharing a room with their parents are accommodated free of charge and pay only for meals and extra's, with breakfast prices payable as set out below. This is limited to two children per room. A single adult sharing with two or more children below the age of 12 years will be charged the single room rate only.
There are two double beds in each room.
Breakfast charges for children:
- Children 0-2 Years - no charge
- 3-6 Years - 25% of adult rate
- 7-11 Years - 50% of adult rate
- 12 years and over - full adult breakfast rate
