This tour departs from the Swazi Trails office in Ezulwini. Free pick-up's are offered from nearby lodges and hotels, when logistically possible. Pick-up's and drop-off's further afield may attract an additional charge. All pick-up's must be specifically pre-arranged in advance by "Special Request".
Caring For The Customer
The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.

I was very impressed with our tour operator and the whole experience of guided tour. The operator made it a point that we keep to time so that we see all tourists attractions. He gave us quality info about Swazi and you could see that he is knowledgeable . I now fully understand the Swazi culture and future developments in Swazi. This was the best part of my stay

My tour guide had great information and was able to stop and show things around the city without a need to rush to other events. During the cultural tour, he was able to translate some of the songs for me too! He was patient and kind and had great suggestions for things to do around the city, especially with the local food.

Our tour guide was knowledgeable and an excellent guide. We were not happy with the cultural village experience because of the actions of the older man who introduced the dancers, made concluding remarks and then led us through the sample village. It was this village experience we were not happy with. I sent a longer explanation to Nikki at Swazi Trails explaining the details,.
