Cancellation Policy
For bookings processed through this portal standard policy is that cancellations made 21 days or more in advance of arrival will incur an administration fee of no more than 10% of the value of the amount paid. If cancelled within 14-20 days, 25% of the total price is forfeited, if within 7-13 days, 50% of the total price is forfeited, if within 0-6 days, 100% of the total price is forfeited.Other Information

Children under the age of 12 years (the Hotel Management may require proof of age) who are sharing a family room with one or two adults (limited to two children per room) are accommodated free of charge and pay only for meals and extras, with breakfast prices payable as set out below.
A single adult with 2 or more children U/12 years will be charged the single room rate. Such agreement will depend on the availability of family rooms.
Suites and Balcony rooms do not accommodate children. Please request a Family Room in this instance. The hotel has 14 family rooms available. Certain of the standard rooms also have a sleeper couch that can be used for children in the event that family rooms are all taken.
Breakfast charges:
Children 0-2 Years - no charge
3-6 Years - 25% of adult rate
7-11 Years - 50% of adult rate
12 years and over - full adult breakfast rate
