The accommodation options at the Royal Villas are flexible. The villa rooms are spacious and allow the traveller lots of breathing space. Each villa hosts a King suite, Queen suite, Standard room and Standard twin room.The villas are fully equipped with well appointed lounge areas, dining rooms and delightful gardens with stunning views of the Mdzimba mountains.
There is one Sultan Suite which is a newly completed luxurious and exclusive suite featuring a private dining room, two lounges, a spacious bedroom featuring a king size bed made up with Egyptian silk sheets. There is a fully stocked bar, steam room, jacuzzi, dressing room, private study and a beautifully landscaped garden all for the use of the guest who chooses this impressive suite.
Cancellation Policy
In the event that a client wishes to cancel a reservation, not less than Ten Days notice must be given in writing, failing which the following cancellation fee policy will be levied:
1.Cancellation Notice within 15 days or before check-in – deposit is fully refundable.
2. Notice of cancellation within 8 to 14 days of check-in – 25% of deposited amount will be forfeited.
3. Notice of cancellation within 0 to 5 days before check-in – 100% of deposited amount will be forfeited.
4. No verbal cancellations will be accepted.
Other Information
Possibility of late check-out's must be checked with reception on arrival.
There are no specific family rooms at the Royal Villas, however children under the age of 4 years who are sharing a room with one or two adults (limited to two children per room) are accommodated free of charge. Children 5-11 years of age who are sharing with parents pay only for meals and extra's, with breakfast prices payable. Children 12 years and older pay the full adult rate.
